Edwin is 5 months old today! I know it's cliche to say it, but time goes by so's hard to believe that 5 months and 1 day ago, I was ginormous and pregnant and miserable and cranky and wanting to see my baby. I much prefer this side of the coin. I love being able to hold my sweet boy...and to give him baths at grandma's house...and to put him in his pj's and cuddle him. And that's exactly what I did last night after we had dinner with the family. When I left for work this morning, he was still in his crib sleeping like an angel. Man, I never thought we'd get to the day when he'd go to sleep at 7:45pm and still be sleeping almost 12 hours later. Whew! Those early days were rough, but it's nice to know the sleep deprivation doesn't last forever. Anyway, I keep meaning to post updated pictures of Edwin, but by the time I get home at night, I'm too tired to do anything on the computer. Plus I have to get everything ready for the next day. So for now, go to Katie's blog (link at the right) to see the best picture ever!!

Shoot! I forgot to mail Edwin a Happy B-day card. You'll have to give him a big hug and kiss from his favorite auntie!!!

Katie might argue with Jenny a bit on the favorite auntie part :-)
Every time I hold Edwin I feel so blessed by God. Truly being a Grand parent is a reward for being a parent. And like being a parent, you will understand more when you have grand children.
Love You Bunches and bunches and...
