Every day at Edwin’s daycare, they fill out a little report with what he’s done…what he ate…how long his nap was, etc.
It’s usually pretty standard – in fact, you can tell most of the time they photocopy the activities and just customize the food/nap portion for each kid.
Well yesterday, they added a note about Edwin. I just now had a chance to read it…and it was so sweet I had to share.
“Edwin is a very smart kid, he’s always smiling! He’s talking a lot more and he’s just a joy to our classroom.”
I think our decision to switch daycares was a wise one. If I can’t be the one taking care of him all day, I’m so thrilled that he’s having a good time.

I'm so excited to see your baby at Christmas! He's going to be such a big boy now compared to last year's visit. Only 68 days!
YAY! aren't they sweet? i love how they call taylor "tater tot". to hear the teachers yell with a big smile "hey tater tot!", makes me smile everytime i drop her off. tater tot and e-wee are in a good place :)
I am so gald that you found a good daycare. It means a lot to have someone to keep Edwin and know that he is going to be OK.I admire you for being a working Mom. I know it is not easy..
It is nice when we think are kids are the best and it is confirmed by an "outside source." ;)
